The mismatch is the design
Each sleeve is knitted in a different colour from the body and from each other, and a three-colour varsity rib runs down the placket and around the cuffs and hem to tie them together.
Colour-block panels on a proper waffle knit
Odd sleeves by design
Body in one colour, each sleeve in another. The panels are knitted in, not printed on.
Hollow waffle knit
A chunky open waffle stitch the maker calls a hollow knit texture.
Varsity stripe trim
A three-colour rib runs the full placket and wraps both cuffs and the hem.
Open front, no closure
Nothing to fasten. It is cut to layer straight over a tee.

How it sits
Round neck, dropped shoulder, loose through the body and finishing at regular length. It is meant to hang open over whatever is underneath.

Up close
The waffle stitch is open enough to see, and the striped rib at the cuff carries the same three colours as the placket. Recycled polyester, cold wash only.

Bonbon, white, wisteria, burgundy, dirty blue, light grey and guacamole green. Each one has its own photograph, so the swatch you click is the combination you get.

Three things worth knowing
The size labels carry US numbers
S is 4–6, M is 8–10, L is 12–14, XL is 16–18 and 2XL is 20–22. Those numbers are the maker’s own.
There is no measurement chart
The maker publishes no bust, length or sleeve figures for this cardigan, so we are not printing any.
Cold wash, no dry cleaning
The maker’s care instruction is cold wash and do not dry clean. That is the whole of it, so that is the whole of what we will tell you.

What buyers say
“I can’t get over how darling this is. I purchased a 2X and I am 5 foot 188 pounds. I could have probably went to an extra large and it would’ve fit me just fine but I like mine a little roomie. It almost looks like preppy schoolgirl luck. I am 62 years old and I wore this yesterday and I can’t even tell you how many compliments I got I think I will be going back for another color or two. I think I will be going back for another color or two.”

Before you order
Yes. That is the design. The body is one colour and each sleeve is another, with a striped rib tying the three together down the placket and around the cuffs and hem.
No. The colour blocks are knitted panels, not a print. The maker files it under patchwork, but what you are looking at is colour-block construction.
Recycled polyester. That is exactly what the maker declares — with no percentage attached, so we are not adding one.
Cold wash, and do not dry clean. That is the whole of the maker’s care instruction — there is nothing else on the listing, and we are not adding to it.
No, and we would rather say so than make one up. The maker publishes no bust, length or sleeve figures for this cardigan. The size labels do carry US equivalents: S is 4–6 through to 2XL at 20–22.
The listing never mentions pockets and none is visible in the photographs, so assume not.
The fit is loose and the shoulder is dropped, so it sits away from the body. The size axis stops at 2XL (20–22) — there is nothing above that.
It ships from the US. Shipping is a flat $8.95 per order however many items you buy, and you have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
